New to Pick town!! Just opened last week. Gurkha Crown We tried the chili chicken, lamb samosa, sha phaley, jhol mo & thakali thali and EVERYTHING was sooooo good! Everything in the thali can be ordered again free of charge with the exception of the chicken. The sauces for the sha phaley were our favorites (the peanut colored sauce was spicy and delicious) Flavors weren’t lacking at all, spice level can be adjusted to fit your palette and the overall umami was everything my taste buds needed from Indian & Nepali food. Small bar where my husband ordered an old fashioned. Our waitress was attentive, friendly and helpful. Prices were very reasonable. Definitely recommend. — feeling stuffed.

Friendly and polite staff/service; helpful with making our selections. Ambience was quiet with gentle lighting and peaceful music. Versatile menu which was accommodating to some of our family new to Indian cuisine. Portions were appropriate; after delicious appetizers we brought a little home. We will be back!
