This was our first time trying Afghan food, and it was amazing! We had the teapot lamb stew and the Kunjid Palaw. Everything was so flavorful and tender. We loved the traditional decor and the traditional way they serve the food! Staff were very kind and respectful! 10/10 would definitely come back!

I was hesitant to come here due to some comments around black people being treated odd but it was the farthest from that experience. The service was great (very kind guy who explained everything) and the food was absolutely delicious and plentiful. I was so full I have leftovers for dinner. This experience felt authentic. I’ve been trying lamb/rice dishes and this is up there. The accompaniments (bread, beans, sauces, and even included coffee with these candies that made it sweet) made me feel like I was across the ocean! The place was clean, cozy and inviting. I will definitely be back to share this experience with family/friends and I hope it’s just as good of an experience as today! Highly recommend!
